Senior Footwear Designer
Responsible to develop concepts and create creative strategies include market
research – identify product positioning in the markets – identify the lates materials and
technologies by category – create design concept & direction by category ( lifestyle /
casual sport ) – lead & execute design process by direction (inc. colour way & product
specification ).
Responsible to development sampling process until confirm sample by category (
lifestyle / casual sport )
Responsible to seek out the new material source and the latest technology ( overseas )
Collaborate with Product Design Team to ensure holistic storytelling – product
configuration
Collaborate with Merchandiser Team to ensure the right product that will be sell to the
market
Collaborate with Marketing Communication Team to direct and execute the creative
strategies of product details
Execute the special project in collaboration with several Indonesian local artists to
create signature product
